Seems like the primary time for botters in Dry Top spans from about 2pm EST to late into the night. They primarily pop on and stand together after 10pm EST.
I would take a look at Dry Top right at the crystal race and haze escort events are. There are plenty of people at times who afk there, setting their aoe heal to autocast, and getting credit for the events for just standing there.
Some of these people are there for hours, when they should be logged out after so long.
I’ve reported the same thing numerous times. Glad I’m not the only one to notice, but unfortunately it seems these people are being disregarded or overlooked. Great thing is, I’ve noticed these same people are often running the bots for autocasting regularly, BUT appear to be OFFLINE when you block or friend them. Yet I can clearly seem the autocasting their heals and aoe spells over and over again.
Dry Top seems to be the place for botters, right in the area where the Crystal Run and the Haze events seem to happen in the open between the Zephyrites tent and the Inquest Cave. I caught about 7 within 5 minutes. That was today alone. Not to mention dozens more over the last week. Are my reports even being followed up with? Here are screenshots of the characters and usernames.
Sadly enough, several of these botters even appear OFFLINE when you block them or friend them. Funny how that is… I’m not sure how that’s possible if I can see the character ONLINE and “active” in front of me but their account appears OFFLINE. I’m fairly certain that’s not legit…
Unfortunately it won’t allow me to attach more than one screenshot. I have 3-6 screenshots per bot, I’ll post one of each though on the next posts so you can see the few that I’m already starting to take Screenshots of for my records and others’ records.
Scratch that, apparently I’m not “allowed” to post any type of screenshot. Fun fun. Well. Hopefully someone gets this taken care of because obviously I’m not the only one sick of this.
