Best Server For OCE Player?

I’m currently on Vabbi and I’m wondering what’s the best server to transfer to. I heard Sea of Sorrows is the best OCE one but it’s full. So, what’s the best server in terms of ping to try out? (Currently having to live with average 400 ping -_-)

Report: Wall Clipping Bug
Area: Bloodtide Coast
Location: West-side entrance to Moriarity’s Hold

I am able to clip into the wall and there seems to be an invisible barrier that allows me to walk above the caves. Prior to this happening I wasn’t doing anything in particular. When I first got stuck in the wall, I returned to the Marshwatch Haven waypoint then returned to the area and was still able to clip the wall.
