[ObV] Oblivion is back for more blob busting and guild vs guild fights!*
We are an International WvW Guild of Piken Square, re-formed as a like-minded, highly skilled community of players enjoying competitive WvW.
We strive to be the best in what we do, be it raids or GvGs / scrims.
We do require all our players:
- to be at an above average skill-level;
- to be able to listen and talk on TeamSpeak 3;
- to be used to running specific builds;
We encourage all our members to maintain a mature attitude not only towards eachother, but towards fellow Pikeneers and enemies alike. Although we enjoy cooperating with other guilds raiding on the same map, we respect Guild vs Guild fights – we will not be interfering, unless we are asked to do so.
Raiding:
We have 4 official raids per week, lasting up to 3 hours.
You will be required to attend minimum 2 raids per week.
Raid Schedule (in UK time):
Monday: 7pm – 10pm
Tuesday: 7pm – 10pm
Thursday: 7pm – 10pm
Sunday: 7pm – 10pm
Outside the raiding days, we have an almost constant WvW presence, including open raids, PvP (in tpvp or in our own arena) and roaming groups.
Furthermore, we are planning to start GvGs and scrims in the near future.
Recruitment Status:
Recruitment Open.
The recruitment is done on a trial basis, which will help us identify if you fit in with both the community and the general guild play style.

We are [Obv] Oblivion – WvW Guild from Piken Square [EU].
We are currently recruiting a few more active players, with experience in WvW, to join us in fights.
[Obv] Oblivion is group of experienced, like-minded players, striving to make the most of the GW2 WvW experience and aiming to become a well-known name in the WvW community. We raid 5 days a week (Sun – Thu), with raids starting at 7pm GMT. We are aiming to run 20 – 30 players in our raids.
What we’re looking for in players:
- Striving for constant improvement in your skills;
- Consistency and dedication – able to attend raids most nights during the week;
- Able to communicate on Teamspeak3 and can understand English;
- Run a build which synergises with the builds of the group;
What [Obv] Oblivion offers:
- Team synergy, in terms of both play style and builds;
- Friendly and relaxed atmosphere (we are not overly critical on mistakes);
- Fun, good music and sometimes random karaoke;
