Ran Crucible of Eternity for the first time ever tonight at 8pm and 10pm. I only got 45 tokens from the first run and 30 from the second. Some of my party members also got 45 and others got 60.
This happened to me as well. I was under the assumption that you’ll always get something from the mystic forge no matter what you throw in.
