I played GW1 x years ago for 900 hours LOL
But this is a bit different.
I chose Sylvari monk/guardian (Im surprized it does not say it can only be equipped on the following…….. before you open it on the info….) developers still have alot of work to do in my opinion, this plus other things iv noticed.
So the skin that i got with the chest i can apply to my current armor? > This also leads to do i even want to do that? Im only lvl 20, by the time i reach lvl 80 I will probably swap armor x amount of times right? So it would sorta be a waste?
Can i move my armor that I cant equip into my storage (profane) , and then when i create another class that can wear it, i can equip there?
Still alot to learn, learning a new mmo takes way too much time

Super new to the game < 10 hours, got the heroic chest, opened porfane armor, and cant equip, what do i do?

I have tried with the gw2setup.exe downloaded from the site and from the disc. I run it and the window pops up downloading and showing how fast, usually 500-600kbs, once it reaches roughly 11000kb the window disappears and nothing happens…
I now have a folder called “Guild Wars 2” located in my documents with local.dat inside and nothing else.
If anyone else has had a similar issue please let me know how it was resolved, I would like to play this game…
