I just realized that I forgot to post the ticket number when asking for more information on my ticket. I used my tome of influence near launch, and it did nothing. It has had 1 GM response, 13 days ago. I mainly want confirmation that this is still being worked on.

My ticket from 8/25/12 has only had one GM response, stating that the issue is being investigated, and apologizing for any delay, and that was 9 days ago.
I used my tome of influence while representing my guild, and it did nothing. I know its not a priority ticket, but it has been almost a month since I bought the digital deluxe upgrade and had this issue.
