Yes the existing links to api are shut down right now. That is why your overlay is not working.

on the borderlands issue – how about making the Desert BL a neutral 5th map? Redo the north spawn area to make it equivalent to the other spawns and provide a place for queued people to go that actually matters. On the siege stuff – all no! We don’t need to encourage sitting on siege.
