I’m trying out a Static Discharge P/S build. The toolbelt skills all range about the same as pistol skills, and having Toolkit as a back up melee is nice.

I also want to express my disapproval of ANets choice to create higher stat gear. Others have eloquently stated the arguments and pointed out the broken promises. It’s just a huge disappointment.
