I run 30/0/0/20/20 after asking the same question over the weekend. It has some good group utility from the Shouts but the Tactics traits are flexible to allow some benefit to Banners too if you want to go that way.
Healing Surge, SIO, FGJ, Banner of Discipline/Endure Pain, Battle Standard/SoR

My PUG experienced these exact same issues today. Grast is far too frail. He needs to be beefed up and given stability to increase the reliability of his bubble. Unless ArenaNet wants us to start being selective about group formation for the 1st explorable dungeon. Must have interrupts, must have Skype for coordination.
This is a joke.

Here is my current build. Large burst damage with some group utility.
I run Healing Surge, Shake It Off, For Great Justice, Endure Pain, Signet of Rage.
I am hoping to primarily PvE in Dungeons.
How would I improve this or does it look good?

How do you guys handle condition removal with a banner heavy build? Mending?

Lots of great feedback so far. Thanks!
Here is an updated build. What do you think?
I kept three signets: Healing, Stamina, Rage.
I slotted in two shouts: FGJ, OMM.

Here is my build so far, but I’m hoping for feedback.
I like the look and feel of the Sword/Sword & Rifle loadout. I like that the offhand gives me an additional bleed and a block (with counterattack) for survivability. I’ve been leveling using an all signet build, and it’s worked alright through low-level dungeons and map completion. Everyone here seems to look down on signets at level 80 though. I assume that is because of the lack of group utility, but hopefully someone can explain. I like the shouts and their benefits, but there are even those that look down on shouts either due to having to get to Tactics 30 to make them useful.
I also have a question in the Arms line. From everything I read, bleed duration is not such a huge deal, especially if you’re running with a condition necro or some other heavy-bleed spec. At Arms 10, should I take Rending Strikes to add some vulnerability to the build? Can it trigger at the same time that Precise Strikes does, or are they mutually exclusive? Also, is it worth it to go to Arms 30 to get Opportunist, if you can couple it with Leg Specialist?
If you go to Arms 30, that prevents you from getting to Defense 15 for Adrenal Health so I’m not sure if that’s a good trade off.
I know next to nothing about equipment, but I’m leaning towards lifesteal sigils for that added survivability. And I know I’ll need to stack condition damage.
Long story short, is there a viable L80 sword/sword build that can survive in FotM or other endgame dungeons while still providing good warrior DPS?
