Guild Wars 2

I live in South CA. (ISP: Charter)
Experiencing 30 sec loss lag
Checked all other website and games run good exept GW2.
GW2 has around 60~80% package lost.
Other website and games have ping around 20ms

I’m experiencing the slow connection issue. Try checking Ping, connection speed and package loss was like 60~100%. Other games run good without lag, GW2 runs about 30 sec loss.
Live in South CA, Internet company: Charter (If that’s the issue)
