Actually, it is Anet issue. At the moment Anet is forcing me to pay extra 10% GST, however, the Australian government has delayed the legislation until 1st July 2018. It means that Anet is breaking current Australian legislation which is prohibiting them from charging GST for any purchase less than $1000.00.

Here’s some new information that should help players and devs alike :

Yersterday, I started doing the Dragon’s Reach P2 achievements and was, at the time, able to activate the challenge mote. After doing “Untouched by Maw and Claw”, I moved on to my second attempt at “Can’t Knock Me Down” + “Mote Master”. At this point, I got hit by the stomp which removed both “Can’t Knock Me Down” and “Mote Master”. Since then, impossible to get the challenge Mote to appear.

I suppose there is some kind of weird link there, if you fail at CKMD once, then the challenge mote becomes bugged. That much should help the devs.

Now as for the players, the solution is fairly easy : find someone who’s done LS but no achievements, disable your own LS (just in case though I doubt it’d hurt) and make them open the instance. The challenge mote will be there and you will be able to get the achievement

Unfortunately it does not work. If you have someone in group who cant see mote whole group will not see him.

Confirming The World Summit is not fixed. Tried 15-20 times relog and have not seen even once.

Unfortunately not all the challenge mots are fixed. Please find the proper solution not the temporary fix.

Grac guys you had bug fixed. Unfortunately not all missions have been fixed. Challenge mote still missing in “The World Summit”!

Ok guys if you are having problem with fixing challenge mote just add the choice box at the begging of each instance. If I’ll press yes buff will appear. I do not believe that it is hard to do. It will fix all the issues and everybody will be happy. We do know that there are plenty of bugged NPC in GW2 so WHY to add another one?

Can confirm missing challenge mote in The World Summit mission. Have tried Tracking the Aspect Masters and challenge mote is working fine. Not sure what was happening but is annoying that it’s not fixed yet. Will be lodging bug reports each day
