Guild Wars 2

8/10. It sounds a little silly and doesn’t seem to fit with the human race (or at least how I perceive it), but it’s catchy, too, and reminds me of a Dodongo from Legend of Zelda.

My male thief is named Jakyre. My name is Jack and I always try to spin something off of it when naming my main in an MMO, and since all of the ones I had listed out prior to launch were snapped up the second the game went live, this was the first one I came up with afterward that I liked.

Level 41 human thief, currently training in the Plains of Ashford.

My thief is a charming street rat born under Melandru (I think) whose sister was “killed” by centaurs. Gotta admit, I was pretty disappointed by the scene where you find her — there was very little emotion that I could see, and afterward she’s nowhere to be found and gets pretty much no more mention in the story — but other than that, it was all good. He later went on to join the Order of Whispers since I thought that seemed fitting for a thief. I also tried to design him to look about 18-20 years old, although Nolan North’s voice doesn’t do much to emphasize his youth :P

Playing a thief. Right now I’m level 36. I did my best to make him look like myself, with some success. He looks a bit older than me, but that’s not too big of a deal.
