I’ve got the same problem. Used to have black roots with bright red hair at the tips. Now the red part is this ugly blonde color.

The first pic is how it is now and I’m showing in the makeover kit that Autumn is now blonde looking. Second pic is how it used to look (sorry it’s so zoomed out, only screen I have).

This happened to me as well. I had black and red hair before that matched my wardrobe, and now it’s this ugly blond color. You can see that I have black and autumn selected in the make over kit.
