I’m sure this has already been suggested a few million times, but if you’re going to have gliders be dye-able (shining blade backpack/glider combo, for example) please have the backpack colors change to match the glider! Just bought the Shining Blade combo thinking I’d finally have a backpack/glider that worked with all my alts armor colors and was very disappointed.

Character Re-Customization

Personally, I’d pay $20.00 – $25.00 for a character recustomization that let me change my race, even if it meant having to play through the personal story again. As much as I love my Charr, I can’t find a suit of heavy armor that doesn’t clip and look terrible on him short of the T3 racial set. I’d turn him into a Norn and wear the HotW set in a heartbeat though — I’m just not really inclined to level a 2nd Guardian.

Kicked out of a dungeon run before last boss

Ruberia, I agree that kicking you out of the dungeon group at the last boss was lame.

At the same time, “Are you lacking gear or something?” doesn’t sound like the preface to “Let’s swap roles since I do more damage and can burn that mob down,” which is where you say you were going with your comment. “Are you geared for survival?” or “Are you tanky?” on the other hand would’ve gotten to the same point without the room for misunderstanding.

I’ve found when dealing with random groups it’s generally better to try to phrase things as a positive (“Are you a tank build?”) than a negative (“You’re not doing much damage, does your gear suck?”). Unless the player/group is so abysmally incompetent that there’s no way to phrase it as a positive, in which case, it’s time to leave the group anyway.
