Guild Wars 2

My GW2 updates until it says “1 File remaining” and stops there, it continues to use data to download but nothing happens.

My Guild Wars 2 has two bugs, the first one happens when I try to retrieve my Daily award, as soon as I click continue my game goes off and says “Serious error has occurred” when I try to open any achievement category the same thing happens. With the latest update, the update says “1 file remaining” and stays that way, it already took 120 mb and doesn’t finish the update.Please, I really need help with this.
