Water crash and lost ranger

Hello

After a crash I’ve lost my ranger while fighting into the water and I couldn’t get it out of that place. Every time I started the game the PC got locked and the only way to unlock was by pushing the on/off button. But it didn’t happen to the other 4 characters (no ranger).

As I was not happy about it, I bought a slot and made a new ranger in order to figure out if it was a specific problem to this class or a general issue. However I lost the ranger again inside the water.

I opened a request but I’m not sure if I’ll have a reply and when. So I started thinking about the possibilities why it happened.
I made some tries and I found the source of the problem when the sound card was disabled.
This way I could get back both rangers with no problem and now the game is fine.

The sound card is Realtek.
