yeah sadly this is stopping me from progressing in the story…I can’t escort the research team to the south gate…they just stand around and wont move

I also get a message every time I kill a Risen Grub saying “That content has been temporarily disabled. Please try again later.”

It has been nearly 27 days since submitted a ticket for the missing Collectors edition items. PLEASE HELP!!!

And DO NOT delete my post again to make it seem like less people are having this problem. Zora’s message was in all caps(mines was not) yet he/she got her issue resolved right away. I have made a ticket since the first hour of head start on the 25th and its taking almost a month just to give me my items that I PAID for buying that Collector’s Edition for $150.00. Now please give me what I PAID FOR!!!!

This is very unfair I wish you guys would treat all your customers fairly!

I have been reading the forums about this issue and noticed that many players have received their items. I have yet to receive my CE digital items though the in game mail system. Has a large scale fix been issued? Or are you guys doing it by case bases. I have been patiently waiting for “21” days and I am becoming VERY weary:( The Collectors Edition is BEAUTIFUL…but I must admit I feel a bit cheated that I have not received the digital items I payed for. Please I’m begging the wonderful Guild Wars 2 support team to amend the missing items. If you need any proof that I purchased the physical Collectors Edition of the game…Please do not hesitate to ask me for more info. I will provide what ever you request.

I made a ticket on 8/25/12 about my missing Collector Edition digital items. I like many others still have not received them. Please issue my items as it was one of the main reasons I purchased the Collectors Edition.

I didn’t receive my collectors editions digital items. I was told that once the issue with the mail system has been resolved I would receive any back log of mails you have pending, and would receive the items. The mail system has been up for three days now and still nothing. Sadly I am still missing Miniature Rytlock, Chalice of Glory, and Tome of Influence. The digital items were the biggest reason for buying the collectors edition…please help me resolve this issue as soon as you can. It would be a HUGE help to me.
