Guild Wars 2

i know this is nearly 3 weeks old, but has anyone found a fix to this x6 / GW2 issue?

I too am running:
Phenom x6 1100t
Radeon HD 6850
Gigabyte 990fxa ud3
2×4gb Patriot Gamer v2
Corsair HX750 PSU
Corsair H60 Water cooler
120gb SSD
1TB HHD
Thor V2 case

This is the only game I have troubles with. And I runs fine on all settings, but 30min in and BSoD.

I’ve read through many forum posts. One in particular caught my eye, but already has numerous people asking for the same help without a response.

I too have a Phenom x6 1100t and AMD radeon 68xx and I get the BSoD when playing this game.

It started 3 months ago, when this game came out. I got to play for 3 or 4 hours at a time without a problem, then one day every 30 min it would crash. I thought it was my system, since it was a little older. I added a corsair H60 water cooler, bought a larger case with more fans. Then I bought a new motherboard, thinking that was the issue. And most recently bought a new, bigger power supply. Still same thing. 30 min and “boom goes the dynamite.”

So here it is, Whats the deal with the x6’s and this game. Why are they not compatible? Do I really need a new processor to play this game?
Will I ever support NCSOFT and ARENANET again?
