Guild Wars 2

Hello everyone. I’ve recently finished leveling my engineer, mostly with a condition build ( p/p until 30 and then FT). The last 10 levels i gave grenades a shot just to see what all the fuss was about. To my surprise i was dropping whole groups in a matter of seconds and before they could even get into melee range. My biggest issue with grenades is that I get bored with spamming 1 the whole time I’m playing, switching to rifle is usually unnecessary so its not like you even have that as some variety.
Now that I’m lvl 80 i wanted to change by build up again but i could use some help deciding. I’m mostly going to be using this character to solo farm/do events and dungeons. Not much of a pvp player. I know for sure that i do not want to go back to the FT, it just seems like for all the traits you have to slot for it that it should be doing a whole lot more. So far in this forum I’ve seen a support build using bombs that looks interesting but was wondering is anyone else has a good solo/dungeons ideas i may have overlooked before i decide.

I finished this without any problems on my Necromancer just a few days ago. Today i attempted it with my Engineer and I’m getting nothing but a headache. Conversations with the pale tree not starting after the battle scene.
