No, don’t have tempest. If I go D/D, what do you prefer build-wise? (traits etc.)

I am like the worst Elementalist you have ever seen and I don’t play PvP. I would like to know the best builds for PvE, though. Currently, I’ve been using staff, but some people seem to recommend going D/D.

Any help would be good :p

I am Janitsu, a Finnish player, and I am looking for a guild which isn’t too hardcore and doesn’t focus on PvP solely. I currently play on my level 80 ranger most of the time and I’d say that I am decent at least.

I am looking for a guild since the guild I am currently in, is not really that active. It really bothers me since I’d like to do dungeons and PvE with friends
