If I completed the monthly for April (ie before 15th April) will I be able to do the monthly again now after the patch for more laurels?
In the achievement tab my monthly is showing no progress, so I assume we can redo them this month?

If I reach level 400 in crafting in 1 discipline on my main character (eg Cooking), does that mean that any alt character I make will have level 400 in cooking (and therefore not be able to gain experience for cooking) or are the cooking levels per character? (ie is crafting character or accounted based)
