Still bugged on the Crystal Desert server. The sharks are swimming around, but the quest is still active with 2/3 brood killed. It is impossible to restart the skill point until it is reset.
Bugged in the Crystal Desert server as well. NPC is lying flat on his back with no options for the skill point.
