Its almost 19 hours since Anet’s Statement and nothing follows. Its very alarming because it’s almost 3 days that I can’t log in my account. Does Anet really looking up for this problem? I also noticed that they’re not replying to my emails since I submitted a game adviser’s Test report. Anet please give us time to time status on what’s going on, we have the right to know…

i guess the problem is in our account database. i have no problem logging in my other account and im using the same game client. if the game client is the problem both of my account wont log in. id also try to fix it by the same methods above but still the problem persists.

Still cant log in atm. Id already replied to anet’s email, given them game advisor’s report and still waiting for their reply again. I’m a little bit worried for my account which I already invested so much money on it. I hope anet give us on time details regarding this problem or even a statement.
