Like you said CPU-Z says my link width is x1 and max supported is x16
When I enter my bios I see no options that allow me to change that at all or anything even stating that its x1. I only have one gpu slot.
No idea what I did but now I’m at x8 and my game went from looking like an early playstation game on everything low with 10 fps to running 40-50 on high. So, This works.
