Thank you very much, hopefully I get a response soon.
So after waiting for a response back from my ban account, which was reversed for being given to be by accident. I received an email from them saying my account was unlocked but when I try to log in it says my account is still banned?

I logged on and got a permanent ban for buying gold but I didnt buy gold. My soon to be guild leader sent me a loan and I transfered some of my gems to gold. Can i get some help unlocking my account? I have already sent my ticket for it.
