It would be extremely helpful if you get kicked out of a dungeon because say the instance owner leaves and you’ve completed the dungeon but have yet to open the end chest that when you load into the map that the chest appear on the side of the screen.
Would help people from not getting their full dungeon rewards. I don’t get why it matters if the instance owner leaves, long as someone is in the dungeon the instance should stay until that person leaves.
Getting real tired of all the game client crashes during the Clockwork Chaos at the worst times possible. Most recent during Iron Marches. Made it all the way to Scarlet and then bam! client crash and by the time I got loaded back in the event was over so no reward, no completion.
Seriously, what the hell! Can you please work on making the client more stable so that it stops this from happening? I’ve been in maps where it’s been huge with players and graphics and nothing happens. Yet when I load into a clear map and just start running it gives a crash.
Very frustrating trying to get things completed and the game client itself blocks you.
I would like to offer a suggestion of putting in some way of being able to relive aspects of the Living Story content, so that if players are missing aspects of the story or missing achievements.
Due to the time frame of Flame and Frost, I was unable to complete it myself, and when I was able to work on it the moment we finished the Dungeon itself the story ended and I got blocked from finishing the last guy who you received the decoder from.
Having new content every two weeks really doesn’t give everyone a chance to fully enjoy the content either. A lot of the people I play with and myself included have jobs and can’t be on for 24/7 to do all the added content. Stretching out the content as well would be a nice change. Having the content update as a monthly would be a nice change.
I would also like to suggest adding in possible options for players to obtain items featured in the GEM store via completing certain objectives in game. I know the GEM store is designed to make money and there is the option of exchanging Gold for Gems, but not everyone has enough gold in the game, nor does everyone have a lot of cash to dump into buying gems with real money. Looking at the new items such as the Chop-it-all axe and the similar items… to get them with Gold for Gems would be about 30 gold, or $10. Should you want to get them for each character profession without changing them around you’re looking at roughly 240 Gold or $80. Now do that for each gathering tool and that is a lot of money either way.
Maybe adding them in as an option to select in the new Achievement chests would be a great addition/option.
Anyways, that’s just a few of my suggestions. Please remember that there are varying degrees of different types of players. Please don’t just focus on the hardcore group that do nothing but play. People have lives outside of the game and can’t be on constantly. We’re part of the player base too.
Thank you for your time.
Really, really not liking the new update where you can’t map travel while in combat. Please put it back the other way!
Very disappointed that we do not have the option to create all 5 of the daily minipets. The gem store in theory sounded like a nice thing, but in practice, it’s horrendous, as the ingame gold to gem market is horrible. And buying the gems with real money just doesn’t seem worth it as the gem amounts for items are way to high IMO.
Please give us a way to obtain more cogs and allow us to complete the wintersday mini pets.
One suggestion I would like to see is for a way to adjust the gamma while NOT in full screen mode, but while in windowed mode.
One suggestion I have is having a better game flow within the game, ie: tips or something about who you should go talk to / what to look out for.
During the Halloween event I found a lot of it difficult to follow and found myself having to refer to wiki or some other site to figure out where to go to start an event chain.
While wiki and other sites make good resources, it is ultimately taking you out of the experience of the game. You want us to immerse ourselves into the game, yet in order to proceed we have to switch to a different screen.
Biggest issue is Jumping Puzzles… It would be nice if some kind of marker could be put in to indicate where the beginning of a jumping puzzle is. I would say about 90% of the jumping puzzles in the game go completely by because no one knows they are there.
I’ve gotta agree on the Waypoint costs being removed, there is really no need of it. I know some people are able to make lots and lots of cash in the game, but thus far I and others I know personally are not them. Seeing people running around already with 300-400 gold weapons when I’m struggling to get 10 gold in the bank is frustrating.
The trait system would be SO much nicer if we didn’t have to pay to reset our traits and we could have more flexibility to play around with it. That’s what made GW1 so nice, was it allowed us to customize our own abilities.
I don’t have a problem with repairs/gathering tools, but the prices for the Superior Runes is insane. I have the ability to make the 20 slot boxes but can I? No, because the runes cost so much.
One other adjustment I feel should be implemented. I bought an extra bag slot on a character, not a big thing mind you, but then if I log on another character do I have to buy it again for that character, when you can buy panels in storage to share. Every time you unlock a bag slot it should be account wide.
Also, I really wish you would change the dye system to account wide instead of character base. With how many dye are possible in the game, holding onto so many extras to switch them back and forth between characters is ridiculous. Once a dye is unlocked, should be unlocked for the account.
