Guild Wars 2

I have lags in the mists and in pvp…(dont do other stuff so i dunno about it) its a delay that might go from like 0.5sec to 10sec… but its not my internet problem cuz everything else works fine… its like this since last update..

I can play normal everywhere exept when i go to wvw where i get huge delay and this is mostly at evenings like 8pm+ gmt+1. every other place works fine exept wvw… i got around 40 fps so its not graphic problem. its really unplayable so pls fix it.
