Hey I just lost gems as well. I guess it’s a “known issue”. Which seems the be the case with everything. Apparently were gonna get our items “reimbursed” to us. Hopefully that happens faster than I think it will take.

If it makes you feel any better I just lost all my actual money because the gem store is completely broken(but still live and in game, good preventative action). Hope they fix your issue man.

Deleted another post because i didn’t see this one. I didn’t get my purchases either. Pretty lame considering most of the items on there seem hardly worth the price. Hopefully things get fixed soon.
