My friend already sent those answers, but he is still not getting any response back.
It’s been almost a week now. He paid for the game so he is really not that happy as of now.

This is about the fact of changing my email, since my original email has been deleted, because of a deleted website.
I paid for the game, as I have proof of payment in the form of a receipt.
I would love for my issue to be resolved, I’ve been waiting a long time now.. I would hate for my game to not be playable when I’ve paid money for it.

Because he entered a different email, since the original one isn’t useable obviously.

I bought your game online, but now, I can’t login anymore, because of my email that has been deleted, since it was part of my website, which has now been deleted.
Is there any way to recover this? like, transferring it to the email above?
because I bought this game, and I paid money for it. I would hate for it to be over now.
I hope you guys can help me out with this, because I’ve been trying forever.
I also bought this online, so the (activation)code has been sent to the email that’s no longer accessible.
I do have prove that I bought this game legitimately.
