Guild Wars 2

Hi all,
Whenever I try to buy something at the trading post it won’t let me actually click on buy (so I can’t buy anything) I also can’t even put in my own offer, can someone help me please

I really would like to play Guild Wars but I haven’t yet as I have been permanently banned ever since I got from holiday without even having played. Can someone help me please Ticket Number 120906-009529

Same here Shakkles or at least I don’t think they have one. I really hope it get’s sorted quick as it’s been over a week since release and I still have not played the game I bought :/

Yeah read that article and I feel like an idiot now, as when I used to play WoW with the same e-mail I’m using for guild wars, I got hacked and that was my password for everything. I forgot about not using that password and have used it for this. I’ve sent in a new ticket now saying I’ve been hacked hopefully they will unban me soon.

I’ve been permanently banned when I have not even played the game yet, that’s right not once not even beta. I really have no idea why. I’ve had a ticket out now for over 48 hours and not one response and I’m really starting to get fed up, for as you imagine I’d like to play the game I’ve bought. Any suggestions?
