Guild Wars 2

In game at Teir 1 sylvari vendor now: I just came to check out what options were available for my new alt Sylvari Ranger, If I am not lucky enough to get a drop of a sylvari long bow by lvl35 Ill be bummed I cant buy one. From what I read the skin is in Tier 2 Asura vendor, but does that mean I cant get at lvl 35?

Or, could it get fixed?

about me: 30+ year old console RPG player who finally got a good PC. I have been playing swtor for about two months and just started GW2 with a Norn Ranger. As mentioned I have a lot of RPG experience but low MMo experience,I am learning fast but need some good guidance on how to get the most from the game. I’m really into the story and lore, group questing and PVE would be my preference but maybe after I learn to battle with keyboard better I can be PVP or WVW. I am playing pretty regularly at this point, at least 4-5x a week.

In short: I want to follow you around and shoot things while we find every corner of the map. I am thick skinned enough to take some noob abuse as long as there is something worthwhile to learn in the belittleing
