i dont know if this is just coincidental but when I forced the process gw2.exe closed from Task manager I got in immediately on the next try…. probalby just luck.

For a coincidence it sure would be a weird one, because it worked for me too…

I just finished map completion and didn’t get my rewards. This is my first character to do it too.

As a follow up, I did what Phalanix said above, about going to Chantry of Secrets and it did, indeed, pop.

Tarnished Coast shut down as well.

All the displaced spirits that I could find are up in a tree preventing completion of this heart because I cannot talk to them. They are too far away.
