I recently purchased 800 gems from the store around the beginning of last week; Last Sunday to be exact 07/07/2013. Order Number: 33368392. Since then I have not received any of the items I purchased and my gems are gone, but I did receive an email confirmation of my gem purchase. SO, two ticket submissions for help later, here I am looking for answers. While on my Engineer(Jeigh in-game)standing in the pvp lobby, I purchased a (1)Total Makeover Kit, 1(set of 5) Rich Dragon Coffer(s), and (1)Trading Post Express. I’d like my items, if anything at least my gems returned? Please help if you can, thanks!

Have you tried deleting most, if not all, your in-game mail? A full mailbox is the number one reason for delayed deliveries. (The counter is somewhat bugged.) Good luck. =)
