Has there been any update in regards to why the servers aren’t working?
When I attempt to start GW2 from my desktop shortcut the launcher just states “Connection error(s) detected. Retrying…”. This doesn’t change no matter how long I leave it sitting there. I don’t even get to the section where I need to log in. This problem has at least persisted for 2-3 hours (since I initially became aware of it) but may have been present for a longer period of time.
I’m somewhat disappointed that there isn’t an official thread stating “We’re working on it” or something similar in regards to this issue, considering the length of time that the problem has persisted. I’m more than happy to be patient and wait but I would have liked some reassurance that it’s actually being looked at.
So yes, short version: Any news on whether the servers are being looked at/fixed?
