not many skills and most that do like Shadow refuge only work for long durations if you stay in the area of effect. the idea is to be active and build the character you want. stealth isnt a constant, its supposed to be an effect utilized on neccesity.
Ill keep this short and sweet, this worked for me and a few others ive scoped around forums. make sure you completely exit guildwars 2 before this.
1) Go to windows start menu and type “CMD” to access the comman prompt
2) type: ipconfig /release
3) hit enter and wait for it to finish
4) when you can type again, type: ipconfig /renew
5) when it finishes, exit the command prompt
6) enjoy your game
