Guild Wars 2

when I logged in this morning, my game kept taking screenshots whenever I pressed the escape or W key, switching between the two between random intervals like an unholy photographer’s roulette. I switched the screenshot key to one that wasn’t the default, which fixed that problem, but ever since that one was fixed, there has been a new one!

my game will randomly freeze every so often, not crash, but freeze. I can fix this by pressing the escape key, which unfreezes it and lets me play normally for a while. it hasn’t been bothering me that much, mostly because i’ve been trying really hard to not allow it to. i’d rather not have to reinstall the game, but if that’s the only solution, then I guess I have no choice! but I don’t know if it is yet, so thanks in advance for the help!

alright, here it is. is this correct? it should be. i’m terrible with computers.

when I tried to download the new patch, it would get to 7% before the download speed dropped to 0, and then the launcher crashes. if I clicked “log in”, the launcher would immediately crash.
I looked at the forums and saw someone having a similar problem, and it said preforming a disk check could help. I did one, but the only thing that’s changed is that the percentage stays at 0 before the download speed drops and launcher crashes. i’ve tried reinstalling the game, but the launcher just opens and tries to install the patch (and of course, crashes).
I didn’t get an error report, I hope this isn’t too vague. thanks in advance!

everytime ive played GW2 except for the first 30 minutes ive had lag that makes it unplayable
so far im regretting my purchase :s
