This past Sunday I submitted a ticket (no. 561185) about a hacked account. In response I changed my password and started using a mobile authenticator. If possible could you guys restore my account soonish? I really love your game, and miss hanging out with some of my friends online.

I have participated in both the bell minigame and the jumping puzzle, and even though it is only the first day, it is obvious that Arena Net did an amazing job! The jumping puzzle looks like they took all of the community’s advice and put it in – 3 paths so we aren’t crowded, a fun way to wait, and even the ability to watch the progress of survivors! The bell minigame was also excellent and was rather enjoyable!
