ok, i think that answers my question. so if im understanding you correctly, the reason the powder will not work on the yellow and green xp and magic find boosters is because the old blue boosters had only 1 effect per booster, where as the newer orange, yellow and green xp/mf boosters have the efects of a multitude of the old blue ones depending on the type?

if you have a desktop i would suggest either Nvidia Geforce GT 730 or Same but low profile for compact computers each will run you about 60-70£. i have a GT 640 and i run everything on high except reflections(off), character model limit(low), and character model quality(medium), i play with my framerate capped at 30 and v-sync off, rarely does it go lower

is there a way to convert boosts that are NOT “fine” quality into the enchanted boosts? or is there a similar mechanic for the rare and masterwork boosts? or is there no way to convert them?

i tried the potential workaround of kiting them until one stops dead in their tracks as a revenant i killed the rest of the group first then ran back and killed the one who stopped and no luck, still wont continue. i would assume that the ones it has worked for were either a coincidence or it could have something to do with a happy crap storm of common events or circumstances that the ones it doesnt work for(or vice versa) happen to have encountered.
in the mean time im sad to say that since there is no eta on a fix it is fair well to my charr revenant and hello to some other race.
