i got banned in heart of the mists while i was afk…wth… it’s pretty funny

I mean, it’s not that I don’t believe they banned the wrong people.. but at least show us some evidences…
“Using third-party-program” is not a clear evidence…

yea he denies botting

he was banned for botting and illgal 3rd party app….
The problem is they never told him which…

yea..that’s what I was wondering too… They never told him what “kind” of the 3rd-party-program he used…
I mean, at least send us a video to tell the evidence…

so one of the inoccent people from my country has gotten the response.. but…

I want you to know that we take great care when analyzing accounts prior to termination. NCsoft support staff is both diligent and conservative in determining which accounts are using these programs, and we only terminate an account only after we are able to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that such use has occurred.

maybe we should all quit this game and let all the bots dominate this game.. since they keep blocking normal gamer’s account
im freaking pissed now and will still be even if i get my account back

yeah i know..im just frustrated… knowing that they don’t even have a call support…

its funny to see those botters all over the farming spots while we normal gamers got banned.. is that how you do thing huh anet? interesting. i rly thought it was a good company and i had all my respect for it. But now what? got banned for no reason.. and pls dont tell me that i must have used some botting system…if i use bots then ill just go buy another account and start botting again. Why do i need to waste my time here? btw, i’ve already sent a ticket.. if they dont reply me, good, we’ll see.
