And he has provided all the information anet would needed in the ticket.
I m posting here because of the urgency of the matter, since it might take few days for CS to reply to his ticket. We just want the account remain frozen until the matter is resolved in order to prevent further damage. Thank you.

Hello

I have posted here earlier on behalf of my brother a while back ago (ticket 492925) since he was denied from accessing gw2. It turns out the issue is far from finish.

An unknown hacker has been hacking his PC and obtained some of his personal information. And after one week the previous ticket was resolved. The hacker wrote a ticket to anet and changed his login email address again.

To make matter worse, the hacker is now posting his account for sale on a website

And now he has submitted a ticket to anet (519264) inorder to try to get his account back.

Altho the ticket was sent not long ago. We would like to urge Anet to freeze the account temporarily to prevent the account got further damage from the hacker.
As we will cooperate with the investigation and provided information later.

We know it might not be appropriate to post it right here. However, the case is urgent and we want to prevent anyone from buying this hacked account. Thank you

Confusing ticket response?

Hello

I m typing here on behalf of my brother. His account was frozen on 28/3/14 because the client said the account have been accessed by unauthorized individual. He then immediately sent a ticket to the Customer Support. And quickly he got a response like that:

Thank you for contacting the Guild Wars 2 Support Team.

After researching the provided information, we will not be able to assist you with accessing this account.

Now he can no longer access guild wars 2 and the forum. And he is quite upset since he has invested heavily on the game. He responded to the ticket but received no response from CS afterwards.

He wants to want if the decision is final. And if he can have any evidence on why his account was frozen.

I apologize if that cause any inconvenient to post it here since he is confused on the response letter . And he feared that the email he received earlier on (mentioned above) is final and he will not get any info afterwards.

Rescue number bugged

in Battle for Lion’s Arch - Aftermath

I m not sure if that only happens to me. When we entered Lion’s Arch after clearing the entrance aetherblade event, the citizen rescued count is already bugged at 29XX. Just wondering if anyone else have encountered this.
