Summon an unblockable well that pulse every second for five seconds. Enemies caught within the pulse will have their chat panel open. They must close the chat panel first or their skill inputs will be for chats.

Hilarity ensues.

Hi, I’m currently in a casual guild that often than not has less than 5-6 people that are serious about raid. However I have become friends with these people and I don’t want to leave them just because of the guild’s inability to have a successful run. I am looking for a guild that at most only requires repping while participating with the members to do raid with.

As for my experience with raid, I have many times running in pug groups, which are not often successful. there was a rare instance in which I have beaten Sabetha and I do have the Flame Core to prove it. So I can at least say that I do understand the mechanics in all the boss fights.

Currently I have a full-viper necro (ascended weap/armor, exotic trinkets) and a PS warrior that I usually do raids with. I also have a zealot/cleric druid in the making that should be raid ready in a month.

Please whisper me or reply in this thread if you are interesting in picking me up

Hey, I have been fancy-ing some idea about torch-based elite spec for necro myself! Similar to yours, mine has illusion-theme with focus on condition burst.

The idea I have is that skills would summon “apparitions” that would attached itself and followed the target for certain amount of time, pulsing conditions or other effects as long as it is active. Think of it as movable well if you may.

Example
Elite Skill: Brink of Madness
Spawn an apparition on a target that pulse dark field to torment foes and convert boons to conditions
- Number of boon corrupts: 3 upon spawning, 1 per pulse
- Torment (10s): 3 stack upon spawning, 1 stack per pulse
- pulse: 1 s
- Duration: 10 s
- Radius: 300
- Combo field: Dark
- Range: 900
- Unblockable
numbers can always be adjust if it is over- or under power, just an idea after all.

Since the spec is heavy on apparition/illusion, I decided that Elite Spec name “Spectre” would fit the theme. Feel free to steal that if you want!

Saw a scrapper that instantly grab supplies in stronghold without channeling, is that a part of scrapper mechanic? glitch? or is he cheating?

Idk anything about engi or scrapper so help me out please.

Necro is the first class I played since launch and is the one I played the most. I don’t know why but I just can’t connect to other classes compare to necromancer.

Rise diffuses traps. FACT. .

I must admit I’m a little confuse here. How does Rise diffuses traps? As in Rise can spawn shamblings from traps? Or are we expecting the shamblings to get aggro into stepping on the traps?

I’m using ascended Sinister trinkets because with the +20% condi duration from Viper armor/weapons, I have +100% fear duration, +80% confusion duration, +70% bleed duration, and a +50% duration for all other conditions (with consumables).

Help me out, I couldn’t find the recipe for ascended viper trinkets. Can you tell me who sell the recipe? Maybe I overlooked but I didn’t see it from the merchant who sell the armor recipe when I bought it.

I like this idea a lot. GM trait should be something that’s greatly beneficial to us for something that our class can do well. Applying variety of conditions is our second nature whether we play power or condition builds. This way, we don’t need to rely on other players and should fit the theme since God forbids us necros playing with others in an “MMO!”

Especially for condi- build which is already lacking in LF gen, this would work wonders!

Haven’t played yet (work sucks…) but that stats spread is exactly the same as Marauder in pvp.. I think it’s intentional.

Just thought about it earlier today. What do you guys think about having the additional self-inflicted conditions from MoC apply to the targets as well?

e.g: CPC inflicts 2 seconds of self-cripple, therefore it would apply 2 seconds cripple to the enemies as well.

Would this make it more appealing? Or maybe throw things off balance? I just find it unappealing to have additional self-inflicted conditions just for CD reduction.
