Guild Wars 2

I’m the GM of Heroes United [Hero] on Gandara. I’d like to propose a merger of smaller guilds so that we can hope to take part in these new guild missions because frankly, the cost is too high. There are several ways this can be done and I’m aware we have all put the last 6 months into our guilds and as such we are attached to them.

One method is for us all to bundle into one guild, I’d love it to be my guild but logically speaking this would be the guild that has the most research paths already researched. To make this fair it would be good if such a guild would put some system in place to offer officer status to any GM’s joining in on this scheme. If no one else wants to be this guild I will go on record here at saying any GM joining my guild will be put into a rank that affords them control over guild functions such as upgrades banners, etc.

The second method is that we create a new guild and bundle into that, Whilst this is the most uneconomical way of doing it, it is the most fair as we can promote every GM to the top status and no one will feel like their guild has been violated.

What does everyone think about the idea of having mixed armor types ? I’ve been toying with the idea of going 1/2 carrion and 1/2 knights as a general all purpose PvE build (dungeons and solo explore).

Alot of the more casual player base haven’t had a chance at getting a Mystic Conduit due to the fact these would have cost (at their cheapest) a few gold to acquire. I’m one of these players and it bugs me that I may never get one of these just because I haven’t had the time to get enough gold to cover the costs.
I’d like to think that at some point in the future I, and many other player like myself, would have another chance at acquiring this item.
