Guild Wars 2

Yeah this has been going on several days now. As far as I have seen this is a bug with every Asura with this particular hairstyle. There have been multiple bug reports on this and I have personally contacted support along with others. Honestly I don’t know much about these kinds of issues but it just seems like something that should at least have been acknowledged by the team before now. This is disappointing. I want to chronicle my world progress with plenty of screens and video, but having a faceless character doesn’t lend well to that desire.

I’m having the same problem. My male Asura’s face is blacked-out. I have the pigtails hairstyle.
