From what I understand It “heals” you for the full amount of downed state. So if you are taking major dmg it will not rez you. Only bring your health bar up.

Idea: Put a sigil into the said legendary and it saves it to it. where you can then browse and change sigils via browsing a “library” attached to it. lock it to that sigil if it when/you have stacks or combat.
Does this seem to go to far or would you guys think this is a good idea for those with legendaries who can already change stats, but are stuck with oh say a bloodlust sigil when they feel like going condition.

if you guys look at the ele forum. you will see what is wrong. NO VITALITY we are force to invest into water magic, even then build diversity when you start off with 11k hp is not going to happen. Condi builds as Eles? play your class…..
as for thieves guess no one is allowed to play except for d/d now GG

Shadow Arts V – Infusion of Shadow – This trait functionality has been changed to “Gain initiative when you enter stealth.” 2 init.

I’d rather you target patience over infusion(just me or might find others who will agree)

D/P setup if you do Nerf Infusion the only people you will find running D/p are those who are returning to the game from a break. i know that perma-stealthing is a problem, perhaps increase the init regain to 3 maybe 4 depending on how much the new init regen will help. I have to manage my init very well to be able to kill anyone. much less any good player who decides to breathe on me. In Spvp i rarely find high lvl players playing thiefs in tourneys(Might be a reason for that or might just be me).
With Ele’s I can’t get away from evasive arcane soooo poop for me :/

I really like the Gs+M/s combo are there any guides that use this?(site didn’t have cleansing ire which is what I’m currently running) ideas of making me a little more tankier w/o losing much dps?

What I have right now it some Old Kesington. I literally know nothing of gaming mice. This one i’ve had for a year or two ( randomly found it in my house) and I love the 2 side buttons on it so… now..finally.. I need MOAR buttons. instantly i see most are $80+ which i don’t really need something that good… anything decent in the $25-$40, enough to bind my utilities/elite is really all I want.
What I have atm.

Anything would be step up I think.

might be able to squeeze a 6450 or Nvidia 330 depending on the board/processor

Ram is slower on 2nd set, but Dual vs ;Quad with 6mb L3 cache
(Screen is 1440 × 960 or something close to that)

Anything to get me off 2.1 ghz athlonx2 2gb DDR ram Winfast mobo with that Quadro Card i get 30 Fps on Low settings as is. with the above resolution. i don’t lose much fps with more people/big events. Just enough to touch med settings is fine with me.
