Devona’s Rest is a small and close-knit community where just about everyone knows one another. While it’s true we don’t have many large WvW guilds, the veterans we do have are passionate and gritty fighters who coordinate together and care more about strategy than numbers. Some might onyl field 5 or 10 man groups but they stick together and never leave a man behind.
I’m fortunate to lead one of the larger guilds in Devona’s Rest. We’re constantly buoying around 450-500 members and although we see many new faces, those that serve with us are always remembered. We have a solid WvW core and field between 30-40 on an organized night. While that might not be a lot for some servers, it makes a difference here in Devona’s. But I’m not here to recruit for my guild, I’m here to recruit for Devona’s Rest….

-WvWexp trains, and prep assaults when other servers are less active, resetting the siege and fortifications on enemy maps.

-Fight club to practice and hone your individual combat skills.
-Weekly commander meetings on a shared teamspeak to get to know the fellow leaders and commanders of the server.
While we do have less numbers in certain time frames, our evening server times are full of action! We have a core of dedicated WvWers in Devonas’s and we have a lot of casual players who are eager to learn. Before paid server transfers we lost a large amount of our population and have been looking to grow ever since, both externally and from within.
