So the “Required Level” must be at least 40?

Hi,

I bought Major Sigils and Runes (lvl 40) but can’t apply it to the gear, even though they have free slots.

For example, Major Sigil of Corruption can’t be applied to my Staff (which already uses the Minor Sigil of Corruption).
