Same thing happened to me with SE EM, last boss 2% health left. I tried going back in as everyone else was leaving, it said ‘congratulations you have completed the dungeon’, did I receive any tokens or the achievement? No, of course not.
Its not a bug though, its a design feature. They made it so when you logout and change character it remembers your chat log, but when you get booted cuz the servers are laggy during a dungeon, you get nothing. Thoroughly annoyed, no compensation for server errors (I got 6 tokens on a run a few days ago, the only run I did when the dungeons were faulty) and now this.

yeah I think this is a problem too. so much so that I’ve done explorer mode first on most of the dungeons, due to lack of groups. which bugged my cm completion and I had to do butler path again.

I think also players who are in the mid areas skip events because alot of the time it’s a waste of time, when you can just heart seek a place fast and get to the next one. that’s what I’ve done on my three 80s.

So, Although we have not Heard any Official Word From Anet, It Appears That we are expected to suck it up UntiL The Next Update. This does not set a good precedent for the company especially when you have possibly their main competitor Riot, giving out ip boosts whenever the servers go down or extended lag, effectively disrupting the players experience, which this dungeon token fiasco is akin to. Although it might be difficult, with the achievement setup you have, might you have the records of who has done what, and how many tokens we have received?

Just ran CM, the Butler path for the first time today, reward = normal 177k exp, but only 6 tokens and 2 silver. Server Jade Quarry, finished at about 9:30am server time. The run took maybe 30 minutes to complete. I haven’t had a chance to read through all these pages but are we going to get compensated at all?
