[Incident: 120908-000390] I was playing fine yesterday at 11:45 pm, today 5pm banned 0_0 my friend has screenshots of me logging in and out while i was locked out. Very odd, please help i really enjoy this game.

I have already changed my password and my email password as well. I just need my account unlocked. Thanks

Im with you on all that, but get this… The people who hacked my account are on right now even tho it tells me im banned when i try to log on. I think thats the best part for me

PS. they have logged off and on multiple times, verified and screenshots from my buddy online.

So get this my buddy has been online for like 3 hrs talking with me and this guy is logging on to my account lvl2 thief lol. How the hell can he keep logging on if its telling me im perma banned? Interesting right? i did not make the thief so he has created since the ban super wierd…

I have been banned… My email address is the same, i changed my password. I dont use the password on any other sites. Really interesting they got my Info from another site that didn’t exist. If i had to put money on it GW2 Accounts have been hacked not anything else. I would appreciate a fix soon or give me my money back. 80 bucks for the digital collectors edition.

Oh and Further more, my steam account is the same name and pass and no issues. Not even an attempt to log in from another computer. im 98% certain guildwars 2 site got hacked not another site…

You know what they are saying they got my info from another site but this is the first time i have had my information hacked. If i find out that this was a security breech on their end and they are lying well… We are talking about major refunds people. This is crazy i was just on last night…. No warning nothing just permanent ban??? Get you stuff worked out or i want my money back.
