I experienced this alot recently and decided to post about it. So am using blink as one of my utilities to break stun but after using it i’m still stunned and can’t move nor use skills. Then there’s this one time am fighting a necro and used tainted shackles, I blinked out and after that I can’t move from my place permanently, i survived from the necro thanks to my partymates rally towards me, but after that I still can’t move, I could still jump and use skills but I can’t move and the only fix I did was change character. Does anyone experienced that too?
imho, i don’t think the unsuspecting foes should be moved to master tier, since their main focus is to bring a support traits for mesmer via 5 target stability via mantra and mantra charge with 600 toughness buff, then add the guardian in a small party havoc, i would see less chance of getting stunned crit killed with burst mastery + damage nerf from hammers. in a zerg though, a group of mesmers with mantra stability and then share the buff signet would stack up and… well, lots of stability stack duration. so less stun from warriors.

before the patch yeah, it does for each reta damage i get a random buff, but now i tried it and am only getting 1 buff per sec out of 20 peeps with retal while they’re under confuse and my total life goes from full to almost dead… which is sad, instead of players learn how to remove conditions in a zerg they encourage to attack while under the influence of them and hope that heal spells will save them.
