Rank 230+ ( for guard stacks)
Knowledgeable about their class
Able to utilize VoIP (can’t be babysitting yappy dogs) and have a working microphone
Good communicators and team players
Willing to participate and improve in GvG practices
Preferably able to record or stream (if you have footage to show us you have a better chance)
sPvP experience is a plus

Needing more warriors and expert elementalists

[GLOB] is a PvP focused GvG/ WvW raiding guild on Fort Aspenwood server

We PvP, GvG and WvW, in that order of importance

We run nightly from 7p.m server time to 1a.m server time

We have ambitions to be the best, but we also know we have work to do

We are here to play the game the right way

We are here to win through tactic and strategy

We run synergy builds

We run groups of 5-25

We farm towers, we dominate open field, and we do golem rushes

We have a weekly sPvP training in our private arena

We have special activities during raids, ranging from water field practice to synchronized swimming

We have our own teamspeak server, with a quick link to FA’s server teamspeak, which we also use very regularly

[GLOB] Membership Expectations

-Members are required to have one level 80 (Not accepting Rangers, Mesmers, Thieves, and Engis)

-Members should be prepared for gear changes

-Members should always target raid leader, and do their job whatever that entails

-Members should not rally bot

-Download and use Teamspeak 3 , Mic is a must

-Represent the guild 100% of the time in WvW

-Register on our forums and participate in theory crafting at www.glob.bz
